JOB TITLE: SALES MANAGERS
Work Location: Lower Ground, East Wing, Robinsons Galleria Mall EDSA cor.
Ortigas Ave., Q.C.
Qualifications:
-College graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 2 years work experience as a manager in a real estate
company
- Must be skilled in sales planning and execution
- Must have strong leadership and people management skill, being able to
lead, recruit and manage a group of Property Specialists
Responsibilities:
- Ensure complete number of Property Specialists at all times
- Set goals for the team and ensure activation of all team members
- Conduct coaching and training to sellers regularly
- Create quality sales activities to increase lead generation
- Meet required sales quota every month

Qualifications:
- Preferably a college graduate of any 4-year course or should have completed at least 72 units in college
- With experience in real estate sales is an advantage, but not required
- Must be able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment
- Willing to be trained
